archivesWhere are the Directors?Submitted by thebyrd on Fri, 08/15/2008 - 10:35am.
I was curious this morning about how many inspectors that Armstrong has hired to handle 3,850 homes/lots. I called up to the office and Sharon answered. I asked to speak with the covenants director. She was not available, but I could get her voicemail. I then asked Sharon, thinking she would know, how many inspectors do we have for Montclair? Sharon did not know. Even though she has worked there for over a year, she has no clue as to how many people are assigned to inspect Montclair. You might think that Armstrong Management would maybe have a team meeting and let everyone in the office know who is coming and going. You would think that over a year, you would know all the people that come in and out of the office spaces. You might not know all of the people that live in the community, but I think it is very possible to know all of the co-workers in an office of maybe no more than 20 people. PRTC has scheduled six public hearings on a proposed FY 2009 bus fare increase and a fare indexing policy. Hearings will begin with a presentation, followed by a question and answer period. Spanish and sign language interpreters will be present at all public hearings. The presentation (in English and in Spanish) also may be reviewed by visiting PRTC's website, www.PRTCtransit.org. Comments about the proposed fare increase and fare indexing policy may be furnished to PRTC verbally or in writing at one of the public hearings. Written comments also may be submitted to PRTC by mail or by email until September 12, 2008. Comments should be sent to: PRTC |
Current WeatherPollIs private security needed in Montclair? (use comments to discuss) Yes, we should continue with our existing unarmed security patrols. 0% Yes, but we need more and I'd pay more for a professional, armed security patrol. 9% No, but I support paying for additional patrols in Montclair by off-duty PWC Police Officers. 45% No, we already pay for County Police with our tax dollars, and that is security enough. 45% Other (please explain in a comment) 0% Total votes: 11 Active forum topicsNew forum topics |
