Home Depot WoesSubmitted by pvigliano on Tue, 05/15/2007 - 5:04pm.
Home Depot used to be the place where you could easily return a product for refund or replacement but some of the rules have changed. Recently I attempted to return a gas powered string trimmer after using 3 times within three weeks. A part had broken and I felt that if I was going to start having problems after 3 weeks then what would happen after 3 months. Home Depot wanted me to return it to the store that I purchased it from (Laurel, MD) versus the one close to where I lived(Dale City). The return policy clearly stated that I could return it within 30 days but they added the twist of having to return it to the store that I purchased it at. Just a warning to be very careful of what you buy and where you buy it. |
Current WeatherPollIs private security needed in Montclair? (use comments to discuss) Yes, we should continue with our existing unarmed security patrols. 0% Yes, but we need more and I'd pay more for a professional, armed security patrol. 0% No, but I support paying for additional patrols in Montclair by off-duty PWC Police Officers. 50% No, we already pay for County Police with our tax dollars, and that is security enough. 50% Other (please explain in a comment) 0% Total votes: 10 Active forum topicsNew forum topics |
