If you currently have or are thinking about getting a verizon cellular plan and phone, I suggest that you take a paystub with your address and name. My wife works for Food Lion/Bloom and we recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. The attendant asked what company she worked for and he looked it up and reported that we get a 17% discount on the monthly bill. I spoke to a friend that has verizon and they get a 20% discount. I have verizon through my company... so I never thought to ask. Since my wife didn't have anything with her work and name on it, such as a paystub, the attendant informed her that she could bring it in any time and the discount would then start. It might be worth a phone call to a verizon phone center to ask an associate if your company is one that benefits from a monthly discount.
