Verizon FIOS installation

My wife and I are moving to South Lake Landing in Montclair at the end of the month and I'm interested in having FIOS at our new townhome (new to us, that is).

I'm wondering if anyone who lives in a townhome and who has FIOS has any information about their installation experience they could share. I see that they have to bury a line and I'm wondering what, if any, problems that might raise with any of the HOA's.

Verizon FiOS

I live over in the Southlake Cove and have been on FiOS now for 3 months. The FCC most likely has rules that protect homeowners from HOAs that would otherwise attempt to prevent you from gaining access to cable/internet. I have not heard of verizon doing too bad of a job with the installations of any services, so the HOAs shouldn't give you any grief. Sorry for the late response.. just now read this. Not sure how I missed it.
