I was curious this morning about how many inspectors that Armstrong has hired to handle 3,850 homes/lots. I called up to the office and Sharon answered. I asked to speak with the covenants director. She was not available, but I could get her voicemail. I then asked Sharon, thinking she would know, how many inspectors do we have for Montclair? Sharon did not know. Even though she has worked there for over a year, she has no clue as to how many people are assigned to inspect Montclair. You might think that Armstrong Management would maybe have a team meeting and let everyone in the office know who is coming and going. You would think that over a year, you would know all the people that come in and out of the office spaces. You might not know all of the people that live in the community, but I think it is very possible to know all of the co-workers in an office of maybe no more than 20 people. So I then said let me speak to the General Manager. The response was they were not available, but you can have their voicemail if you like. I just wonder how many others get the same response... "would you like their voicemail?" Who is running the office up there that can answer a stupidly simple question, "How many inspectors does Armstrong Management have running inspections and re-inspections of 3,850 lots?" I will try back later on today to see if I can find someone that knows the answer.. but it is a Friday and the weather is nice outside. I'm thinking Voicemail is the only option for me.
